What is the System Configuration required to attend classes at home?

After successful purchase, classes can be accessed from your Smartphone or Tablets, Courses will be added to your Library. You can access your courses in the following ways :

• From Android app, you can download the app from here
• From iOS app, you can download the app from here

When will the student get the Login ID and download link once the enrollment is done?

Students will get the Login ID and download link through the students portal in www.edusoftacademy.com in the within 24 working hrs after the completion of the enrolment process.

How will the student get an invoice for the purchased course?

A student enrolled via the Edusoft Academy online platform can download the invoice from student account section of Edusoft Academy App after the completion of successful payment, access available only to registered Edusoft Academy students only.

How will students get a tracking ID to know the status of the Pen Drive or SD Card course?

The student will get tracking details in the student login to track the order status. (Note: Pen Drive or SD Card course is discontinued)

How students will access Edusoft Academy LMS?

LMS functionality has been incorporated with the Edusoft Academy App itself, which can be accessed on your Smartphone or Tablets through Edusoft Academy App.

How will students ask Academic queries?

A student may ask queries via interactive chat module in Live classes that make live classes different from asynchronous teaching methodology, however, offline class queries will be addressed via respective subject faculties through the “PORTAL” where students can interact with the respective faculties.

Can class be accessible via Mobile devices also?

All the classes provided by Edusoft Academy can be accessed from both the Android and iOS phones &Tablets.

Can a student get a validity extension of classes?

Yes, students will get an extension of course only in case of course with 6 months validity or more with the nominal fee payment of 60% of the course fee.
